Consent to the processing of personal data

I consent to the processing of my personal data in accordance with the general regulation of the European Parliament and the EU Council on the protection of personal data (GDPR), in order to respond to my application in the contact form. I am aware that providing my data is voluntary, but necessary to answer my inquiry.

I have been informed / I have been informed that:

1. The administrator of my personal data is Drukarnia "AZ Color" Sp. z o. o. with its seat in Antoni, ul. Mazurska 88, (e-mail address: azcolokcu5n4zr@azcolor.com.pl), hereinafter referred to as "AZ Color";
2. My personal data will be processed by "AZ Color" pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a) the general regulation on the protection of personal data in order to answer an inquiry, conduct electronic correspondence or telephone calls;
3. My personal data may be entrusted by "AZ Color" to third parties providing services to "AZ Color", eg in connection with the operation of IT systems;
4. My personal data will not be transferred outside the European Union;
5. My personal data will be processed by "AZ Color" for the period of exchanging messages in electronic correspondence and provided for by applicable law;
6. I have the right to access my personal data, request their rectification, deletion or limitation of processing, as well as objecting to data processing and the right to transfer them;
7. I have the right to withdraw my consent to the processing of personal data at any time, which does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of my data, which was made on the basis of my consent until its withdrawal;
8. I have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, if I believe that the processing of my personal data violates the provisions;
9. providing my data is voluntary, however, it is a necessary condition for correspondence aimed at establishing cooperation with "AZ Color";
10. my personal data will not be subject to automated processing or profiling.
